Beginner Horsemanship 3-Week Program
We’re so excited to have you join us! Please complete the registration form so we can get you or your child scheduled for their 3-week Beginner Horsemanship training. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Below are a few important policies to help everything run smoothly, safely, and fairly for all families.
Registration & Payment
All program registration and payments are handled directly through Hendo Care Farm. Payments can be made through:
Our website - with options of credit card, US Bank Account, Link, Paypal, Apple Pay
Zelle and Venmo- email hendocarefarm@gmail before sending payment. We will send you the information needed to complete your payment.
To keep things organized and consistent for all families, any payments made directly to an instructor are not applied to your enrollment with Hendo Care Farm. All payments must go through HCF to reserve and hold your spot.
Scheduling & Lessons
All lessons and program scheduling are managed through Hendo Care Farm. Even though you may work closely with an instructor, all bookings, changes, and communication about scheduling should go through HCF so we can keep everything coordinated and running smoothly. Private lessons outside of the program are not offered unless they are scheduled through Hendo Care Farm. Email hendocarefarm@gmail.com.
Cancellations & Make-Ups
We understand that life happens! Here’s how we handle cancellations:
48+ hours notice: You may receive one make-up session or program credit
Less than 48 hours notice or missed session: No make-up or credit available
Multi-session programs: Non-refundable once the program begins
If you or your child is sick or there is an emergency, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to work with you when possible.
Safety & Participation
Your safety is our top priority.
All participants must sign a liability waiver, barn rules and payment agreement form
Weather appropriate clothes and proper footwear are required (closed-toe shoes or boots)
Helmets are required when applicable
Students must follow instructor guidance at all times
If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help! Thank you for being part of the Hendo Care Farm community 💛
